 Borned in the year 1938, Mr. Ooi Kim Kay is a prominent businessman in the used car industry. He was conferred the titles of PKT and PJM by the Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang in 1996 and 1989 respectively.
With nearly 4 decades of exposure to the motor trade industry, Mr Ooi Kim Kay has held and still holds many posts in some non-profit organisations and commercial companies as well.
