This restaurant was founded by two married couples, namely Mr. Lim Choon Chye & wife, Madam Tan Ah Looi / Mr. Tan Ho Leng & wife, Madam Chang Kim Geok.Back then, it was just a small business in a rented shophouse at Transfer Road and it was the year 1996 that they finally moved into their own shophouse at Lebuh Dickens, which is where they are today.
